This policy explains how Jimmy Sax Black ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you submit a booking request through a Facebook or Instagram form, or contact us through our website.

2. What we collect
When you submit a booking request form, we collect:

We also receive basic technical data from Facebook and Instagram (for example, which ad you clicked) as provided by Meta. We do not collect payment card details through these forms.

To respond to your booking request and arrange a call or quote.
To check whether we are available for your date.
To measure how well our advertising reaches people who are planning a wedding, so we can improve it.
We use your information only for these purposes. We do not sell your information.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with:
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which collects and processes the form submissions under its own privacy policy.
Service providers: Wix (website hosting and forms), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and WhatsApp (booking communication).
Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We delete booking enquiry and client data after the event date (the wedding or event day), unless we are legally required to keep invoices or accounting records.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
tell you what personal information we hold about you;
correct or update it;
delete it; or
stop contacting you for marketing.

7. Where your data is processed
Your information may be processed in Indonesia, Australia, Singapore, or by Meta in the countries where it operates, which may differ from where you live.
8. Security
We limit access to booking requests to people who need them to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our booking forms are for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
